Reporting
- You can manage multiple Lawyers in one matter, where you will create invoices, and bills will be created automatically for other Lawyers based on per hour, per case, or per trial rates.
- There are Three different security groups, one for the manager and one for Admin and the other for the users.
- Track and Movement with the help of buttons for case/matter on the stages easily.
- The client can request for law case and if the client approved by admin then it becomes a customer. But if customer already available it will be attached automatically.
- Easy to make lawyers from employees and Lawyers in your Module. In the employee view, you have to just enable the option Is lawyer and define wages arrangements by lawyers.

Invoicing &
Billing
1) The amount will be fetched from one or multiple lawyers wage, and the invoice will be created with this amount for added trials.
You can select payment terms for one or multiple lawyers based on wages per hour, case, or trial.
3) Bills will be created based on the payment terms for one or multiple lawyers.
4) You Can Easily Track Customer Ledger and check Paid and Unpaid Invoices.
5) You Can Easily Track Lawyer Ledger and check Paid and Unpaid Bills. - You can print an attractive PDF report of any case/matter with details.

Detailed Screenshots
Security Groups / Access Rights
We have created three access groups for:1) Law Management User ---> User only access Law Management and inside all Menus.
2) Managers can access and perform all functionalities in the Law Management but cannot delete records.
3) An admin and a user with Record Deletion Access can delete records.
Generate Client Request
As you can see in the below screenshot an overview of the Law Management app. Here the user can create client requests.
To generate the client request the user will click on the New button.
Fill out the details like name, phone number request date, address, in the description the details of the matter and click on approve.
As soon as the request is approved the system will automatically create and attach a partner/customer on the request form.
This partner can be seen on the customer panel as well.
Customer Creation
The user can also create customers from the app directly.
Lawyer Creation and Management
Lawyers can also be created directly.
To create a new lawyer the user will click on New button as shown below.
Add the work details on the work information form.
Here you can see the system has created Lawyer as an employee.
In the lawyer section, the user can tick the checkbox is a lawyer, set the rates as per trial, per case or per hour as well and the practice area like civil or criminal or corporate lawyer.
Evidence Management
The user can create and manage Evidence easily.
To create new evidence the user will click on New button.
Fill out the details like name, in favor person, matter, client and even can attach the pdf of the scanned evidence. Also, in the description the details can be written regarding evidence.
Creation of Trial
To create a trial the user will click on the Trial and click on New button..
Fill out the details like client name, matter, trial name and details, court, and judge.
Creation of Courts
The user can easily create courts under the configuration, law practice area and courts.
Creation of Judges
The user can create judges under the configuration, law practice area and judge.
Creation of Victims
The user can create victims under the configuration, law practice area and victims.
Creation of Acts/Articles
The user can create acts/articles under the configuration, law practice area and acts/articles.
The details can be added as can be seen in the acts and articles.
Matter Type
Matter types can be created under configurations, matter type.
The user can create matter type and assign a specific code to the matter type.
Matter Category
The user can create matter category under configurations, matter category.
Opposition Parties
Opposition Parties can be configured in the system under configurations.
The user can enter the details like the name and phone number of the opposing party.
Opposition Lawyers
Opposition lawyers can be configured in the system under configurations.
The user can enter the details like the name and phone number of the opposing lawyers.
Creation of Matter
The matter can also be created by the user. The user will click on the Matter.
On the matter dashboard click on New button.
Fill out the details like matter, client, judge, lawyer, open and clos date, type of matter and payment method. Description can also be written in the description. Once the details are filled in the user will click on the approve button to approve the matter.
The stage will be changed from Draft to Approved.
Once the procedure is started the user will click on the In progress button to change the stage from approved to In progress.
The user can select multiple lawyers on the same matter.
Judge can be selected.
Under Opposition tab, the opposition parties and lawyers can be added to the matter.
Under Act and articles tab, the acts and articles can be added to the matter which will be helpful for the trials.
Under the Victims tab, victims related to the matter can be added.
Under the Evidence tab, the evidence related to the matter can be attached.
Trials can be added on the matter.
Every matter will show the evidence, trials, invoices, and bills details.
Once the matter is closed and won. The user can click on the Won button and the stage will be changed from in progress to won.
Invoice Creation
The system is calculating the amount of invoice from the Lawyers form. Like as on the lawyerâs form there are three options for the fee rate i.e. per trial, per case and per hour. The system will calculate the amount of invoice and bills based on the information provided on the lawyers form.
On the matter form the user will select the payment method.
If the payment method is per trial the system will calculate the per trial fee of the attached lawyer and lawyers (in case of multiple lawyers on a same matter) and generate invoice.
To create an invoice the user will click on Create invoice button after selecting the Payment by option.
A wizard will open where all the details are mentioned. The user will select the Payment terms if any, review the details and click on create invoice.
Here you can see an invoice has been generated.
To open the invoice from the current view the user will click on the Invoice button.
The system will open a draft invoice with all the details.
The user will click on the Confirm button to confirm the invoice.
This invoice is directly linked with the accounting and invoicing module as can be seen from the partner ledger.
Automatic bill creation for the attached Lawyers
As soon as the user creates an invoice the system will automatically generate a bill for the attached lawyers.
The system will automatically generate a draft bill for the attached lawyers. The user will click on the Confirm button to post the bill.
Here you can see the bill directly linked to the accounting, vendorâs bill.
In the partner ledger a payable is generated.
Invoicing and billing in case of multiple lawyers
In case of multiple lawyers attached to a single matter the system will generate a single invoice to the customer but multiple vendor bills for the partners attached.Here you can see weâve selected two lawyers on the same matter. For now, there is no invoice and bill for the matter.
To create an invoice the user will click on the Create invoice button.
A wizard will open. The user will click on the Trial tab to see the trials and can select the multiple lawyers payment type like per trial, per hour (in case of per hour the user will select consumed hours in the filed as can be seen Hours) or per case and the trials to be charged etc. After that click on Create invoice button as showing on left corner of the wizard.
The system will generate one draft invoice and draft bills for each lawyer automatically.
Invoice with all the details related to the matter.
First lawyer bill with his proper calculations as mentioned on his lawyer form.
Second lawyer bill with proper calculations as mentioned on his lawyer form.
Bills are directly linked to Accounting > Vendors > Bills, as can be seen.
