1. How to do partial write-off for the remaining amount due

Select Invoice and click Full Reconcile Invoices

Select Write-Off Journal and Write-Off Account and then click Reconcile

Amount Due become 0 and invoice status become paid

2. How to do full write-off for bad debt

Select Invoice and click Full Renconcile Invoices

Select Write-Off Journal and Write-Off Account and then click Reconcile

Amount Due become 0 and invoice status become paid
