HR Reports

This module helps you get various kind of HR reports on a click.All you have to do is to create a policy, which will be discussed below and you are ready to get different kind of HR reports as per your needs.

1. Policy
All HR reports base on policy. As shown in the picture below you have to define policy like late arrival relaxation, half leave time, short leave time etc.

2. After creating policy just go to Attendance Reports and a wizard will be opened. You get an option to get either daily or monthly report. In case of monthly you are open to select any date range you want to get report of. You also get an option get an Employee wise or Department wise report.

Various types of reports available are listed Below:

Absent Report
Late arrival report
Early left report
Half leave report
Leaves type wise report
Employee wise report

You get reports in excel just like as shown in the picture below.
