Features

Some of the Key features are furnished below:

Step 1:

Setting Campaigns and Creating Email Template

  • The user has provision to set the campaigns and create the required E-mail Templates.
  • To do that the user can click on Sales / CRM menu >> Configurations >> Nurture Campaigns >> Campaigns / Email templates.

Step 2:

Settings outgoing Mail servers

  • User can configure the outgoing mail servers through activating the developer mode >> Settings menu >> Technical >> Email >> Outgoing mail servers.

Step 3:

Creating Email Templates

  • Once the configurations are updated the user can create the Email template as required through Sales / CRM menu >> Configurations >> Nurture Campaigns >> Email templates >> Create.
  • User can add the required Email template name and select Applies to from the drop down it will be either partner or leads.
  • The default from mail will be added by default.
  • The user can add the required subject in the subject text box.
  • Also the user can add the respective place holders in the E-mail Body and generate un-subscription links through the Dynamic place holder Generator.
  • User can also attach images through the Attachments provision.
  • Once all details are updated the user can click on Preview button to look at the updated E-mail template.

Step 4:

Dynamic Placeholder Generator

  • This is an exquisite feature in this customization, in which the user can add the respective field options available in the lead form and it can be added by choosing from the dropdown options.
  • Once it is selected, for e.x. If name is selected from the lead form automatically the placeholder expression will be converted dynamically for the mail subject.
  • The user can also add the Un-subscription Link, which will be updated in the E-mail Template body.

Note

  • The user also has the provision to add Html files to enable that the user needs to activate the developer mode. Once it is done the user can find the html icon available in the content tab.
  • User can add the required Html fields, based on which the Email template will be designed and the user can also click on preview button to view it.

Step 5:

Adding Email Templates to Campaigns

  • To Create campaign user can Navigate to Sales menu >> Configurations >> Nurture Campaigns >> Campaign >> Create.
  • Here the user can create a campaign and add the required Email template, user can click on add an item and add.
  • The user can opt the option to send this campaign immediately by clicking the send immediately checkbox and also the user can set the delay days as well.

Step 6:

Adding Leads from Website form

  • The user can the leads from the website menu >> Leads.
  • Here the user will find two Lead forms, Lead form which is a detailed form and Lead form-2 is a simple form.

Lead Form:

  • Here the user will have provision to enter the detailed lead Information in which if the user updates the details and click on the submit button, the respective lead details will be saved under CRM Leads.

Lead Form-2:

  • Here the user will have provision to enter the Subject and Email, which will also be saved in the Lead form. The user can re-update the details whenever necessary.

Step 7:

Adding Campaign to Lead / Customer:

  • The updated Lead details in the website form will be automatically be available in the Leads menu, here the user can update the necessary campaigns required which is already created by Campaign tab >> Add an item.
  • In the campaigns tab the user will have provision to view the Total mails, sent, Opened, Error & Bounced status.
  • The next mail status, Next mail time can be viewed.
  • This provision is also available in the customer form, in which the user can add the mail campaign in this customer master.

Step 8:

Converting Lead to Customer & Campaign Actions

  • The user has provision to convert a Lead to opportunity / customer to achieve it the user can simply click on the Convert to opportunity button.
  • Once it is done, a pop-up will appear in which the user will have provision to choose the Campaign actions. Based on the selection the user can choose to Delete / Un-Delete the Existing campaigns set.

Step 9:

Setting Campaign for Multiple Leads

  • The user has provision to set campaign to multiple leads at a single shot, to do that the user can click on form view and select the required leadcheck box >> Actions >> Set campaigns.

Step 10:

Mail Campaign Status

  • As a value addition, the user can view the Mail campaign status in the Kanban view of the customer master.

Time Zone based E-mails

Time Zone based E-mails is configured based on the below conditions

Condition 1:

  • If your contact record has a defined time zone value, the emails will be sent out as per contact record time zone. (This is a cool function, created for pure email marketers)

Condition 2:

  • If your contact record does not have a time zone value, the emails will be sent out as per the time zone value of the user (ex. Admin User), who created the campaign.

Condition 3:

  • In case, if there is no value in contact record as well the user, system will automatically fix up to UTC.
