I have the same problems, the module does not synchronize in version 10, sometimes there are phantom orders or orders that have already been invoiced

I have had problems with this module without having an answer, I have written post skype, I have given information and requested without support and give me the solution, does not synchronize in version 10 and it is delaying me. please I need you to support me
