Although, initially I had issue with installation of this module, team from DRC System was extremely helpful to make this module work even multiple times. The module is working perfectly. Highly appreciate the support from developer team.

The Module Does Not work

Hello, I purchased this module against order no. SO2017/182298 and also installed it on my ODOO, (v8) installed on Windows in LAN to use within the shop. After installation, I setup my POS for "Electronic Scale = YES" (i.e. checked the check-box for Electronic Scale and also defined the product to read weight from the weighing scale in respective product. However, when I click on that product in the POS window, the screen for Electronic Scale opens up but typing anything on keyboard, does not show up in the weight field. Is there any other setup that I need to do? Else, I would say the module DOES NOT work. Any help in this regard is appreciated. Regards, Jayant.
