Product FAQ's Module For Website

This Plug-in allows your store visitor to get answers to the most commonly asked question regarding the product. This helps your customer to gain more confident on buying the product as most of the questions has been covered already by you on the website. Further it ensure to reduce the buying time as availablility of handy question allows the buyer to take quick buying decision rather waiting for the answers.

3 Reason to have FAQ page on the product now a days:

  • Helps prevent refunds customer service inquiries:

Having the ability to answer potential buyer’s questions before they shell out their money can save you headaches down the road. If a customer gets his/her questions answered before even paying for the product or service, it will show that your understanding of their needs is that much better. Prevent refunds and charge backs by handling objections before the sale using FAQ's!

  • Allows the customer to trust you:

Trust between customers and the companies they buy from is an issue at times. Again, if the customer is spending their hard earned money on YOUR product, you better be sure that you repay them with excellent customer service. A FAQ that answers their questions is a giant step towards that goal.

  • Shows that you re passionate about your product:

There are business owners out there that are sitting on millions of dollars and have reached a level of boredom that sparked them to start a new company that isn't their top priority. You need to prove to the customers that you aren't one of those companies. Having a FAQ's shows that you care enough to interact with potential buyers to make sure that they get all the information needed to make an educated decision on your product.


The ultimate goal of a company is to put out a good product with happy customers. Having excellent customer service, starting with an FAQ’s section will help bridge the gap between customers and your product.

AFTER INSTALLATION

After installation of the module you can go into the sales menu where you can see the Products FAQ's Module pointed at No. 2

You can Create the list of FAQ directly on your Product FAQ screen for that you can click on the create button

After clicking on Create button you will find the below formt here you put the details as mentioned

1. Sequence number- This is nothing but the sequence of your question you want to keep in the list of FAQ's

2. Check mark button- By clicking on this button you will be able to show the FAQ on the website for each and every product.

3. Question- Here you can add the FAQ as you get from your customer or from your dealer

4. Answer- You can add the probable answer to the question.

5. After adding all the question and answer you can select the products on which you would like to show this FAQ's on website

After clicking on adding the items you can start selecting the number of products you want to showcase the FAQ' there might be some products which are only variants of main product and the same question can be raised on different variants.

Below are the list of products which we selected in the Product FAQ's

Now let go and check on one of the product where we selected those FAQ's to be shown- Go to Products

Select the Product- ie: Ipod and then click on the product

Here we can see that we have the FAQ's Tab which we have created as a module and the question which we selected for this product previously is also showcasing below

Adding of More FAQ's

Yes you can add up more and more faqs as required as a single product can have many number of questions or to say like this that a single product are purchased by many customer with different questions that can be added by clicking on the edit button.

Once you click on edit button you can check on the add an item

A Pop up will open where you can add list of FAQ's that has been created in product FAQ menu. Make sure you need to create the FAQ incase you don't have any other FAQ's to be added then you can add them by simply clicking on the check boxes.

Selecting the FAQ to be added

Once you have selected the FAQ's you can now click on the save button which will save all the new FAQ's you added to this particular product.

Now Go to website

Search for the product and Open that product

Here you can see the Product FAQ's

You can click further to get more detailed answer
