Enable Two-level Sales Confirmation

Add extra configuration to enable two-level sales confirmation based on user's access.

This module is used to add extra configuration to enable two-level sales confirmation based on user's access.

In the sales configuration page, set the maximum value of sales order after which only a manager can approve the sale

For instance, if a limit is 1000$, an order whose total value is more will require manager approval.
