This module is for Companies In Sri Lanka with different functionalities.


Recruitment Process

Enter candidate details - Attach the CV and Cover letter

Ability to search the candidate profile using key words - Departments, Designation, Gender, Qulification and Expercied years

Schedule the interviews

Manage the status of Candidate - First Interview, second interview so on

Health check confirmation - Production employees only

Director approval to make as a casual employee


Employee Creation Process

Employee profile creation

Director/ GM define the casual and probation period

Validate the employee type and category

Only director/GM able to change the employee type and category

Change the contract for given particular calender month


Leave Management

Enter the approved leave request to the system

Select the leave period

Approval for special leave allocation


Attendance

Enter the manual attendance to the system

HOD HR/GM approve the manual attendace entry


Loans

Enter the loan details to the system

Approve or reject the loan request

Enter 2 guarantees within the company - Responsible in loan payment in case of obtained employee couldn't settle the loan

Deduct from the month's salary according to the settlement plan

One employee can be guarantee only for 2 loans at a time

Responsible in loan payment in case of obtained employee couldn't settle the loan


Salary Advance

Enter the salary advance to the system

Approve or reject the salary advance

Deduct from the month's salary according to the settlement plan


Payroll

Create the payroll

Ability to add bonus payment to the each employee payslip

Approve or reject the payslip


Bonus Payment

Ability to compute the bonus schema

Approve or reject the bonus payment

Add the bonus payment to selected month payslip


Resignation

Enter employee resignation to the system

Display the available pending loans, exit checklist

Exit interview process - Ability to write off the comments on the interveiw

Approve or reject the resignation request


BR1 and BR2 Availability

BR1 and BR2 = Basic ≤ Rs.20000

BR2 = Basic ≤ Rs.40000
