This module provide advanced features to reduce implementation time by adding more features and tuning existing ones offered by default Odoo delivery.

New common fields

  • HR Department
    • Reimbursement of travel expenses
    • Reimbursement of phone expenses
    • Meal Allowance
    • Moving Allowance
    • Harmful Subsidies

  • Job Position
    • New fields added as the same in the HR Department, to override values set in the department, if specified
  • Contract Type
    • Percentage based on the below fields' values for a contract type. For example, contracts of Trial Type should have the basic wage at xx% comparing to the standard wage of the job position

Saving Time for settle up new HR Contracts

  • Default value for the following fields for the HR Department:
    • Reimbursement of travel expenses
    • Reimbursement of phone expenses
    • Meal Allowance
    • Moving Allowance
    • Harmful Subsidies
    • Responsibility Allowance
    • Hard Working Award
    • Salary Structure
  • Add the same fields as the above mentioned to job position form
    • All the default value for the fields of the Job Position will be loaded automatically from the selected department
  • Add the same fields as the above mentioned to contract form
    • All the default value for the fields of the HR Contract will be loaded automatically from the selected job position
  • Salary rules
    • Salary Rules for each of all the new fields are created and added to the default Base for new structure to save your time of setting up salary structures
  • When create a new HR Contract for an employee, this module will try to load the predefined data from the corresponding Job Position or HR Department. It also respects the percentages specified in the corresponding contract

Multilingual Support Improvement

  • Salary rules' name is now translatable
  • Salary rule categories' name is now translatable
  • Salary structures' name is now translatable
  • Contract Types' name is now translatable
  • Contribution Registers' name is now translatable

Payslip Batch

  • Now integrates OpenChatter for better collaboration and communication
  • PDF Report that print the Payslip Batch with a list of Payslips containing Employee Number, Name, Bank Account, Net Amount
  • Send Email button on Payslip Batch form to send email attaching Payslip Batch PDF report
  • One-Click to verify all payslips in batch
