Features

This module is used to revise already-validated Delivery Order.

The possible sample case:

  • DO is validated and delivered for 10 Qty
  • After goods are received at customer site, they are actually received by the Customer for 8 Qty only
  • Customer don't want to refund
  • Customer want us to revise the DO with that Qty but still with the same DO number

The module will cancel the old DO and all related information (stock move, stock quant, stock pack, journal entries). Then create a copy of that DO in draft State so that we can set the necessary quantity and still maintain the same DO number as the original DO.

Revise button appears on DO on Done state

User is required to enter the Notes of revising this document

The original DO is cancelled along with all related record like stock move, stock quant, stock pack, and journal entries

Stock move was cancelled

The new DO is created in state Draft and ready to be edited to adjust the actual condition.

Revision information is available on the new Revision tab.
