OAuth2 Multi Website Support

Add multi website support to the OAuth2 Authentication

This module adds multi website support to the standard OAuth2 Authentication (auth_oauth) module.

After module installation, you may to select website for each oauth provider record where this provider available (if website for a provider not defined - then it will be available for all websites).
