The user can create the requirements

The user approves the requirements and these will be seen by the manager

Managers will see by default the requirements that were approved

Managers can confirm the requirements

When confirming the applicants will be created

we will see the list of records

then we can create the a new employee

or we can select an existing employee

Finally, the employee is related to the registry
