Create Purchase Order from Sale Order

This module permits you to create a Purchase Order from a Sale Order.

With this module you're gonna save many time because you're gonna evade create multiple purchases by hand of every product of a sale with diferent providers. Also, you can append theh products of a sale order to a previously created purchase order.















Instructions of Use I

Simple Mode

  1. Just select the sale order that you want to create a purchase for




  2. Then click on Action > Create Purchases




  3. After this you're going to see a screen like this:




    1. Here, insert the quantity to buy...
    2. [...] and the provider.
    3. Notice that, if a product has only one provider, that provider is going to be selected.
    4. Then just click on create.

Instructions of Use II

Multiple Mode

  1. Click on multiple sale order that you want to create a purchase for in the tree vew of Sale Orders




  2. Then click on Action > Create Purchases




  3. After this you're going to see a screen like this:




    1. Here, insert the quantity to buy...
    2. [...] and the provider.
    3. Notice that, if a product has only one provider, that provider is going to be selected.
    4. Then just click on create.

Instructions of Use III

Appending to a created purchase

You simply need to click on Action > Append to Purchase in the form view of a Sale Order or after selecting multiple sale orders in the tree view of Sale Order.
After this you are going to see a screen like this: Here you need to select a Purchase Order to append the products of the Sale Orders that you previously selected. Notice that only the products that could be appended are going to be appended. If the Provider or the Wharehouse is different from the Sale Order to the Purchase Order no product is going to be appended.

Crear Ordenes de Compra desde Ordenes de Venta

Este módulo le permitirá crear Ordenes de Compra desde una Orden de Venta.

Con este módulo va a ahorrarse mucho tiempo ya que se automatiza el proceso de compra de cada uno de los productos de una venta teniendo en cuenta los diferentes proveedores asociados a cada uno. Además de esto también podrá adjuntar los productos de una orden de venta a una orden de compra ya existente.















Instrucciones de Uso I

Modo Simple

  1. Simplemente seleccione la venta para el cual quiere generar la compra




  2. Después haga click en Acción > Crear Compras




  3. Una vez hecho esto verá una ventana emergente como la siguiente:




    1. Aquí introducirá la cantidad de producto que quiere comprar...
    2. [...] y el proveedor.
    3. Si se da cuenta, cuando un producto solamente tiene un proveedor, este será seleccionado de forma automática.
    4. Para terminar haga click en Crear

Instrucciones de Uso II

Modo Múltiple

  1. Marque las ordenes de venta para las cuales desee generar pedidos de compra en la vista tree del módulo de Ventas




  2. Luego haga click en Acción > Crear Compras




  3. Una vez hecho esto verá una ventana emergente como la siguiente:




    1. Aquí introducirá la cantidad de producto que quiere comprar...
    2. [...] y el proveedor.
    3. Si se da cuenta, cuando un producto solamente tiene un proveedor, este será seleccionado de forma automática.
    4. Para terminar haga click en Crear

Instrucciones de Uso III

Adjuntar a Compra Existente

Simplemente haga click en Acción > Adjuntar a Compra en la vista de formularo de una Orden de Venta o seleccionando múltiples ordenes de venta en la vista tree del módulo de Órdenes de Venta
Después de esto se abrirá una ventana emergente como esta:



Aquí deberá seleccionar una Orden de Compra a la cual adjuntar los productos de las Órdenes de Venta que has seleccionado previamente. Si se da cuenta, solamente los productos que pueden ser adjuntados se añadirán a la orden de compra. Si el proveedor o el almacén difiere de la Orden de Venta a la Orden de Compra, el producto no se añadirá
