Digital Signature in Purchase
This application is used to add the signature in the purchase order report. also use to restrict the user processed without the signature.
1) Purchase Settings view.
To add the digital signature in purchase user need to go for the purchase Configuration and then settings from there user can find the Digital Sign. if user want to print the signature on the purchase order report then they should tick the Boolean 'Show digital sign in purchase order?' and if user don't want to confirm the purchase order without the signature and details for the signature then user should check the Boolean 'Check Sign Before Confirmation'.
2) RFQ view.
Here user can add the details regarding to the signature.
3) Purchase Order Report view.
Here user can see the signature in the purchase order report and other information that user had mention on the purchase order.
