Sales Commission

Key Features:

Allows to give commission to sales person.
Commission calculate based on the product sales by Sales person.
Configuration for when give the commission to sales person. While confirm Sales order or Invoice paid time
Give commission to Sales person based on his/her profile.
Global commission configuration for product.
User have option for commission calculate on either tax included or tax excluded amount.

Overview

From Users menu, there is option for setup the user profile.

In sales settings, user have option for commission calculate on tax included / excluded amount.

For configure the commission for multiple products, go to menu Sales > Configuration > Product Commission Configuration. As per below image one pop-up will open. Select either Sales person or Profile type based on that the commission will be calculate.

Into Product form view, under the Commission tab you can also configure the commission.

From sales order based on selected Sales person and Products the commission will be calculate. In below image sales order the sales person is "Demo User".

In Sales order form view, under Commission tab there is selection named Commission Pay On. It indicate when the commission will be calculate. There are 2 option (1) on Sale Confirm (2) on Invoice pay time. So based on this selected option the commission will generate. It will also display the total commission of the Sales person.

From menu Sales > Reporting > Commission, user can see all commission information of Sales person. From button Create Commission Invoice user can pay commission to sales person via invoice(vendor bill).

Sales person's commission invoice. When user paid this invoice respected commission also will be mark as paid.

From menu Commission, user can print the commission report from top Print button.
