Helpdesk Ticket Type Default Priority
This module allows you to set a default priority on the ticket based on its type.
Configuration
- Go to Helpdesk > Configuration > Ticket Types
- Create or edit a type to set the default priority
Usage
- Create a ticket
- Select the type
- The priority is automatically set based on the selected type
