Multi-structure payroll

Apply different structures to the payroll calculation of your employees.

Overview

This module will allow you to perform payroll calculations for your employees of any salary structure that is assigned to the type of structure configured in the employee contract.

Go to the menu Nomina / Configuration / Type of structure, press the create button and register a new type of structure.

From the Payroll / Configuration / Salary Structure menu, you can select the type of structure to which it belongs in the records of your salary structures. If it is the main one, you should check the "Regular Payment" option.

In the contracts of your employees you must select the type of structure to which it belongs, based on this data, the calculation can be applied based on all the structures that belong to that type of structure.

With the previous steps you will be able to run your payroll, you will have the possibility to select different structures for the calculation on the same employee contract. In case of applying the calculation in batches, you will be able to choose to apply the main structures configured in this way by selecting the option "Regular payment" or selecting the specific structure you want to apply.

Establish a specific structure if you want to make an additional pay stub (for example: end of year bonus). If you leave this field empty, a regular pay stub will be generated for all selected employees, depending on their contract settings.
