Rewarding employees is one of the best, most effective ways too boost retention and employee satisfaction. This module allows you to manage award types with award prizes. In this system, HR/Admin can create a different types of Award for their employee and employee can see their Awards information From their profile and they will notify by mail.
- Only the User with Administrator access has access to give an Awards to Employees for their.
- Employees can see only those awards that are confirmed by Administrator.
- A Scheduled Action in executed once in a day and sends mail to all the employees regarding the award they have received.
How It Works
To enable all functionality of Award management under Human Resources category apply rights of "Administrator".
Under Configurations Tab, Configure Award Prize type.
Under Configurations Tab, Configure Award type.
Now here Admin can create Awards for employee when Admin will click on confirm button it will send a mail to that employee and it will be visible on their profile.
Here you can see that employee can only see the confirmed awards.
