HR Leave Holidays Notification to Substitute(s) and Customer(s)
This module allow you to send email to your Substitutes and Customers for your Leave periods.
Main Features:
- When employee confirm leave request it will send email to HR Manager and Department Manager.
- Employee allow to select Substitutes, Projects, Tasks (Employee is working with). Using these information system will send emails once leave will be approved by HR Manager.
- Employee allow to select max 4 Substitutes to inform them and ask them to take care of his work.
- Employee allow to select max 4 Projects and based on that selection system will send notification to Customers of that project about employee not availibilty.
- Employee allow to select max 4 Tasks and based on that selection system will send notification to Customers of that Tasks about employee not availibilty.

HR Manager Login and Approve Employee Leave Request
HR Manager Approve Employee Leave Request and Approved Email Send to Employee
Once HR Manager Approve Leave Request then System will Send email to Substitutes Selected on Leave
Once HR Manager Approve Leave Request then System will Send email to Project Customers Selected on Leave
Once HR Manager Approve Leave Request then System will Send email to Project Tasks Customers Selected on Leave
When HR Manager Refuse Leave Request then Employee will be Notified.
