Website Rental Deposit and Checklist(s) for Rental Product on Return + Late Fees Calculation
This module allow you to manage rental deposit and calculation of late fees along with checklists.
Main Features:
- Allow you to configure rental deposit product. This will be used in Vendor Bill when return deposit to your customer.
- Allow you to configure checklist rental products. This will be used to check all lists when customer return product. This will be available with contract of rental product with your customer
- Allow you to sale rental product by showing deposit and take deposit on shop.
- Deposit Management in backend along with Rental contracts.
- Create Vendor bill to return deposit.
- Calculation of late fees and include in contract and deposit deductions.
- Rental contract with desposit information and PDF.

THIS APP IS ONLY SUPPORTING ODOO COMMUNITY EDITION VERSION.Deposit and Checklists as Product
Is Deposit Product -> This will be used when you return deposit to your customer and system will create vendor bill to return deposit amount after checking all checklist and late fees if any.
Is Checklist Product -> This will be used to create checklists and you can configure on your rental products with checklist and cost if that checklist failed by customer while return products.
Late Fees Setup for Rental Product
Deposit Amount on Rental Product Form
This will be used to show deposit amount on Ecommerce and create deposit for that sales order and contract.
Checklist for Rental Products
This checklist will be used when customer will come to return rented product and you will check all checklist and mark if any failed and that will be deducted cost from original deposit amount. Automatically!
