Point of Sale (POS) Home Delivery Module
Our Module Features:

Linking kitchen order to POS screen.

How to use:
POS Home Delivery Process
1- Here is the screen for starting the point of sale module session just click on resume button to continue with our module.
2- Firstly, select the customer for the order by clicking at (1) on the image below after that pop-up window will appear just select the customer name and click on set customer, and select the products you want and it will appear at (2) on the image below, then click on Send To Kitchen button at (3) to proceed with order home delivery details.
3- After this Step wait until you will see a small box (see the image below) telling you that the order sent to the kitchen, then click on close button at the right top of the screen and click again at the same button to confirm order.
4- After the POS session closed and confirmed go to the Kitchen Orders (see (2) at the image below) menu and you will see the order you made is placed on it.
5- At this point you must change the kitchen orders menu view by clicking at (1) on the image below to change it from list view to Kanban view, after that you will see your order placed on the Preparation stage to complete the POS process you have to move it to the Ready stage by click on the order box and slide it to the ready stage.
6- Now your order at the Ready Stage (see the image below).
7- Now go to the Submitted Orders Menu and choose the driver name who will deliver this order from the drop-down list menu at (2) on the image below, then Click on Add an item button to select your order.
8- After you click on add an item button a pop-up screen will appear to you with your orders just select the order you want by click on it and click on select button down at the screen. (Note: also on this screen you have the ability to create a new order other than the orders appears above)
9- Now once you finish selecting the driver and the order just click on save button and if you go to the driver screen you will notice that he is busy (see the image below) which means that unless he delivers the order, he will be busy and can't take any other order. (Note: Once the driver delivered the order the check box for busy will be unchecked)
10- Back to the kitchen orders menu Kanban view you will see that the orders automatically moved to the Submitted stage.
11- Back again to the Submitted Orders menu and click on Edit button at the top of the screen then click on the order at (1) on the image below.
12- After you click on the order a pop-up screen will appear to you to choose from it two options, the first one click on Delivered tab at (1) on the image below, and the second one is click on Pay button for the order payment.
(Note: once you click on Delivered the order will move to the Delivered stage at the kitchen orders menu Kanban view)
13- The final step in our system POS is the order payment pop-up screen which from this screen you can choose the payment method (cash or bank), and the Amount paid from the customer and you can add any other reference to the payment on the Payment reference box, then click on Make Payment button.
14- Now go to the orders menu you will see that the order is Paid (see the image below).
