System analytics to determine supplier or vendor rating

We use Weighted Point Plan to determine the supplier rating

Supplier Rating System enables companies to make informed supply decisions that are optimal for the entire business. These decisions can include identifying the best supplier to select for a specific contract or determining entirely new supply strategies, such as which product areas would benefit from an expanded supplier base or consolidation of existing suppliers. Quality and delivery or service are the two most important attributes of a good supplier.

Quality = 60% And Delivery = 40%

Quality Rating

Know your supplier quality rating

The Quality rating is calculated by considering the quality produced by a supplier. It is normally calculated by the formula shown

Delivery Rating

Know your supplier Delivery rating

As for any material delivered, it has to reach the user on-time. the delivery rating is calculated for the closed orders from each supplier by using the formula shown

Supplier Rating

Supplier_Rating= Quality_rating X weightage + Delivery_rating X weightage
