This module is a must-have for anyone using Odoo as online store. If fill one major gap in Odoo standard set-up. Apart from the module itself, Emipro team is very effective when it comes to install or resolution of queries.
A professional and functional module
The RMA-module fills a gap in native Odoo with the handling of returns and followups. The module(s) providing the functionality we needed in a well integrated way. We encountered a problem initially who gave an error in one scenario. This was resolved within 8 hours, and the handling of the process were 100% professional. I do recommend both the Author and the module it self warmly.
