Bonjour,

J'ai passé commande sur ce module pour la version 13, dès l'installation plusieurs rapport remontent une erreur et ne fonctionnent pas. J'ai contacté le développeur à travers mon compte odoo et directement sur la boite émail support mais aucune réponse et aucun signe de vie!!!!

Pouvez vous me dire si c'est la bonne démarche pour contacter le développeur ou y'a t il un autre moyen de le faire.

Si je ne reçois aucune réponse, y a t il un moyen de se faire rembourser par Odoo.
