You forgot to allow manufacture operation. Can you allow Work Operations?
Re:
Thanks, I've update the demo user access right
Hello, How can i look a demo? Thanks
Re: Hello, How can i look a demo? Thanks
Hello, I just added a demo website. Just click Live Preview button in the top of this page to access the website you can use username and password => demo:demo
We currently are using the 3 step mfg process. A picklist is used to move material from the cage to pre-production, the MO consumes from pre-production. With this module, how does it handle the material that was not consumed? Is there a return picklist, or does it abandon the material in pre-production?
Re:
This module will abandon material in the source location ('pre-production' in your case), because I think material return is outside the manufacturing process itself (usually processed by the warehouse department)
Do you have a demo to test this? The instructions indicate you can change the qty of the material, would you also be able to add and remove lines? e.g. My BOM has a need for 100 bolts, I've only got 50 in stock, but I have 50 of another bolt that is close enough. I'd like to reduce the Qty consumed of the original line from 100 to 50, then add a new line with the new bolt and set it's qty to 50.
Re:
It is not possible to add a lines in this process because the line has relation with comsumed material in MO (stock.move), for this case you can set multiple bolt as materials in your BoM and modify it quantity in MO process (set to 0 if you don't use the material)
