Appointment Categories Configuration
Create appointment categories from the Configuration menu.
Appointment category could be Internal, External or Facility
Time Slots Creation
Appointment slots can be created for all days or selected days within the given period.
Time slots are created based on minutes per slot between start time and end time.
Booking an Appointment
Book appointments through New Booking wizard.
Select the Partner, Date, Appointment Type and Open Appointments. It is possible to book multiple appointments in one go.
Appointments Calendar
Calendar view of appointments with all possible filtering and grouping options to effectively visualise the appointments.
Check-In and Check-Out An Appointment
Capture check-in and check-out time against an appointment.
Option to enter additional notes in an appointment.
Email Notifications
Enable automatic email option from Appointment module settings.
