Customer Payment Report || Customer Payment Receipt

Overview

This App help to send Email Notification of customer register payment details also with PDF report of Customer payment. Its also help to print Payment Receipt PDF report from Invoice.

Feature

  • 1) Email Notification : When Accountant register payment, a mail will send to Cusomer's Email with Payment details.
  • 2)Customer payment report : This PDF report will print from PAYMENT records.
  • 3)Payment Receipt Report : This PDF report will print from INVOICE records.
  • Easy to install. No more configuration needed for this.

How It Works

Payment notification

We need to mention Email of the partner to whom we are sending email.
We also need to mention whether we want to send email notification to this partner or not.

Register Payment

Validate Payment

When user will validate the payment, Email will send to the registered email id.

Email Sent

Email will have contents like payment reference, date, amount and payment mode.
And also have customer payment report attachment.

Customer Payment Report

Payment report has the payment details like payment reference, date, amount, payment type and payment journal.










Payment Receipt

After validate of the payment, print the payment receipt.
Payment receipt has all the details of Invoice and Payments.
