GoExcel Statement of Account

This module helps you to print and send Statement of Account with invoice date/due date.

Open a Customer -> Print -> Customer Statement, to Print Statement of Account

You can print the Statement of Account with invoice date/due date.

Select Invoice Start Date & End Date, with ageing by Invoice Date/Due Date

You can select invoice start date and end date with ageing by invoice date or due date. Default is first day of current month (start date)to end of the month (End Date)

Statement of Account for Current Month

Statement of Account will be generated for current month. Balance b/f is the overdue balance bring forward from the previous months (if any)

Statement of Account Past 3 Months. Balance is Accumulated Over the Selected Period

Statement of Account will be generated for past the 3 months. Aging by Month is the total of the balance of the month and not accumulated

Send Statement of Account to Customer


Statement of Account will be generated and ready to send.

Configure Company's Default Bank Account to Print in Statement

Setting -> Users & Companies -> Select company -> Select bank account in Default Bank Account field

You can select default bank account of company to print in Statement of Account.
