Helpdesk Management
The plugin is known for its simplicity and the basic Helpdesk process. The Helpdesk plugin is useful for generating and managing tickets raised by the users. This is the best solution for all your Helpdesk needs. Users can raise tickets, follow up with them and also they can escalate the issue. The plugin displays the stage - Open, Pending, Closed for the users. It supports the creation of an email template for each stage. The admin can define multiple Helpdesk teams to handle domain-specific tickets. Not only this but all the system users get email alerts for the actions performed on the tickets.
