After installation, go to Employee >> Configuration >> Assessment Measurement Types, here you can add measurement types like good, bad, very good etc. This menu can accessible only for officer/manager user

Then go to Employee >> Configuration >> Employee Assessment Parameters, here you can add number of parameters with max points

Officer/Manager can see bellow menu to assess employee's performance

Here is the form of assessment. Here you can see different options to assess employee's performance.

You can search assessments by different filters and group by through.

Employee can see their assessments through the smart button.
