configuration of product, variants, packages and quantity etc. details

After product configuration, go to sales and created sale order. In that we have added product that we have configured for our process. You can also see how many total packages to be generate in sale line view

On sale confirming, there are number of manufacturing orders generated based on products. You can see sale order related detail in manufacturing order. You can see total packages to be come out after manufacturing orders

You can print total number of labels of packages using Label Printing report menu. The label is look like this

The information on package label will be configurable.
- Customer Name (From sale order)
- Salesperson of the sales order
- Machine Name e.g. M23 (Can add to manufacting order)
- Content (Total quantity in the box)
- Shift (Can be configurable in manufacturing order)
- Operator (Manufacturing Responsible Person) etc.

Added one more report Print Separately to print any separate label in the case of damage or any purpose. On click Print Separately menu you will see one wizard will open. Here you can select multiple label to be print. You can preview that labels by clicking Preivew button, you can also download that labels too.

On clicking CREATE PACKAGES in manufacturing order, it will create packages in pick order based on manufacturing quantity and package qauntity configured in sale line.

After packages creation, click on CLOSE PRODUCTION, to auto done manufacturing orders, auto done pick order and auto fill pack order.

After close production, you can see that pick order filled with quantity and automatically done and pack order assigned with quantity packages and activated

After pick order done, pack order will active so we will go to Barcode app and scan pack order. For the barcode process we have added new features to easily proceed.
- Automatically fetch source and destination location for the package
- When scanning package it will give you option to transfer selected packages. (You can select number of packages to transfer and it will automatically fill quantity for it)

In odoo base workflow, when you done with pack order it will automatically activate delivery order and fill quantity. But in our workflow, when you create sales order with 3 steps delivery, it will only create two delivery documents (Pick and Pack). So When pack order done, it will auto assign quantities to OUTPUT location (Not reserved).

So for delivery transfer and internal order transfer we will go to our new app Delivery Barcode. It will be useful for:
- Internal package transfer using barcode
- Delivery on request for the packages trnasfer using barcode
- Stock delivery packages transfer using barcode

In that, i have selected Internal Transfer option. On scanning package, it will automatically open wizard to display all details about scanned package.

The screen display product name, customer, comercial agent, total packages. Also it will display number of available packages location wise. Here you can select packages from different location and select destination location to transfer.

On clicking TRANSFER button it will create number of transfer order based on number of selected location wise packages. Also it will transfer packages quantity wise (Like you have selected 2 packages and packages have 5 quantity per package then it will create 1 transfer order, 3 move line with 3 packages and per packages 5 quantity)

After click on TRANSFER button it will transfer packages to selected location. Now i'll go to Delivery Barcode app and select internal transfer and scan barcode of the same package that i have scanned previously. On scanning, you can one wizard will open and here 2 packages transfered to destination location and it will listed in screen.

After internal transfer, if i want to deliver packages to customer (To create delivery document), go to Delivery Barcode > Delivery On Request, here you can scan package and wizard will open with listed packages in different locations. Here i can see total of 5 packages (In locations Packing Zone and Output) will display.

Now i will select 2 packages to delivery from the location OUTPUT.

After delivery transfer, if i go to delivery on request and scan same package that i have scnned previous, it will open one wizard and you can see, two packages transfered and remaining packages in OUTPUT location are 1

After the process of 3 step delivery process, we have developed one more feature for the stock product. In odoo, by default, when you create sales order, it will create delivery order for the products. So if you want to create sales order for the purpose of stock related then this feature will helpful.

For the stock delivery process the configuration of the product is:

This is the form of the order line to select packages and quantity

Form of the sales order, here there is a option Is it a stock order?, if you select this option then order will confirm without delivery document.

- The product without option Manufacture and Make To Order
- Warehouse in sales order is with 3 step delivery process
- If you check Is it a stock order? option and the product in the order is selected with Manufacture and Make To Order then it will create delivery documents

After confirming order, you can see there are no any delivery documents for the sales order

Now to create delivery orders for the stock order, you need to create production order for that product. To deliver product go to our new app Delivery Barcode, and select option STOCK DELIVERY and scan package of the product that was created through the production order.

On scanning stock product package it will open one wizard with all details. You need to select sales order to create deliver packages for. On selecting sales order, it will automatically calculate packages to transfer, transferred packages, total packages and available packages in different locations.

Now if i select 2 packages to deliver from the location OUTPUT and then click on TRANSFER button.

After transfer, now i rescan same package and it will open wizard. Here you can see 2 packages transferred from the location OUTPUT. You can see 2 packages transferred and deducted from the order and updated from the location wise packages list.

If i go to that sales order, then you can see 1 delivery document created and bind with the order
