Media Production Management

This Module works on both community and enterprise editions

This module allows you to manage all media production operations, for series it allows you to manage episodes, for film it will give you all production operations, it is a comprehensive platform that gives you the chance to manage all aspects of your media production operations..

Shots:

You can create shots by simply clicking the create button then you can add the technical information about shots like, camera, lens, movement etc, and you will get in depth information about the shots:

Cast:

In Casting master, you can create characters and you can suggest multiple actors for that character, you can also upload the photo of the characters and actors. This record is used in shot master.:

Cast form view

you can see the actors list by clicking the suggestion in kanban view or indide the form view

Costumes:

In shot you have to handle multiple costumes, in the costume master you can handle costumes by character. Later you can link with shots or you can assign an outfit directly inside the shot. You can also upload the images of the costumes

Sets and locations:

Here you can create the sets for shooting by clicking create button in set master, you can suggest multiple locations for one set, you can view the suggested locations by clicking on the suggestion and you can upload the location photos also to discuss with you crew. you can see the screens below for Kanban and form view.

Visual Effects:

In visual effects, you can manage all of your visual effects data such as “face changes” and upload relevant images. Later on you add these effects to any shot. In shots menu you can see the visual effects records. And you can link it with films or episodes

Special Effects:

In special effects, you can manage all of your special effects data with images and log. Later on you add with shots. In shots menu you can see the visual effects records. And you can link it with films or episodes.

Sounds

You can manage the all sounds here, you can link it with shots as well.

Camera and lighting

You can manage the camera and lighting data here such as focus lights, you can create the record for camera information and lighting, then you can link it shots. You can upload the images of the camera & lights.

Stunts

Extras

Here you can add any extra information for the shots, then you can link it shots. you need to fill name and description about the extra.

Makeups

You can create multiple makeup data and you can link it with characters. Then you can link it with shots in shot form.

Call sheet

Call sheet is one of the most important features of any production management system. You can manage all call sheets in an easy way using our system. you can also tag to the actors as well if they have access to the system

Film master

In film master you can create the films and episodes, for example if it a web series you can see the below screenshot that all episodes are created under main name of the series. If it is a film you just need to fill the name of the film and description..

Projects

When you are creating a project you have to link it with the film, if it contains episodes you have to link it with episodes as well..

Production Calendar

In production calendar you can create the production steps and you can set a start and end date of the step. By default our system contains a professional production step template, and it’s all linked with the corresponding stages, if you are choosing production step in the task it will automatically change the corresponding production stage..

In Kanban view you can see the all records displaying in corresponding stage.

In calendar view you can see the which is the start date and end date of the production step..

In shooting calendar, you can schedule the shooting, travel, rehearsal and any customized event When you are clicking a create button it will ask you about the name of the record and what type it is
