Generate production structure

This module allows to generate automatically the structure of a production order, with a new button defined in the "scheduled products" tab, and also automatically generate the necessary purchase orders.
To automatically generate the production order of the product defined in the bill of materials, it must be defined as "manufacture", and "make to order".
To automatically generate the purchase order for the product defined in the list of materials, this should be defined as "buy", and "make to order".
