Usage
Step:1
There are two groups have been made one is confirmation of sale order after all approval and other is for approval process
Step:2
Make different security groups to configure multiple approval levels on sale order. Then assign this group to that user which you want that he/she can approve SO
Step:3
Now go to company settings and configure so approval settings and assign security group and sequence inside
approval settings.
Make sure sequence must start from 0 and it must be in sequential.
Step:4
Now you can use approval process on SO. Create any quotation you can see there is an approve button all users can approve quotation with the help of this button once its reached its maximum approval level then other buttons will appear and you can process further.
Initially quotation is in under approval process state once approval completes it move into approved state.
