Multiple Analytic Distribution Plans

Sales Order / Purchase Orders / Invoice / Vendor Bills

This module will allow you to distribute anlaytic amounts into multiple anlaytic account. Basically this module will allow you to have multiple analytic account on sales order, purchase order and invoice/bills and then pass to Journal entry and distribute analytic cost into multiple anlaytic account and create multiple anlaytic entries by distribution model.

Main Features:

- Allow you to create Analytic Distribution Plans.
- Allow you to add Analytic Distribution Plan to the Sale Order.
- Allow you to add Analytic Distribution Plan to the Purchase Order.
- Automatically pass to Customer Invoice and Vendor Bill from Sales and Purchase Orders.
- Automatically pass to Journal Entry.
- Distribution of anlaytic cost into multiple anlaytic account as per plan.

Highlighted Steps:

Create Quotation -> Assign Analytic Distribution to Sale order line -> Confirm Sale Order -> Generate Invoice -> Validate

Create PO Quotation -> Assign Analytic Distribution to Purchase order line -> Confirm Purchase Order -> Generate Vedor bill -> Validate:

Example

Create/Configure Analytic Distribution

Below screen will allow you to setup distribution plans of your company and rates per anlaytic account. Then you can use this distribution on sales and purchases. You can set as many distribution plans and use it on your sales and purchase process. Total of rates should be 100%.

You can also set 100% rate on each anlaytic account on your distribution plan and system will distribute same amount to every analytic account.

Assign Analytic Distribution to the Sale Order - Different Rate Example

Analytic Distribution will be passed to the Customer Invoice automatically. And on Validation of Customer Invoice Analytic Distribution will be pass to Journal Entry of Customer Invoice automatically as well.

After Validation of Customer Invoice System will generate Analytic Entries as per the Distribution Rate set on Analytic Distribution Plan.

Assign Analytic Distribution to the Purchase Order - Different Rate Example

Analytic Distribution will be passed to the Vendor Invoice automatically. And on Validation of Vendor Invoice Analytic Distribution will be pass to Journal Entry of Vendor Invoice automatically as well.

After Validation of Vendor Invoice/Bill System will generate Analytic Entries as per the Distribution Rate set on Analytic Distribution Plan

Assign Analytic Distribution to the Sale Order - Same 100% Rate Example

Analytic Distribution will be passed to the Customer Invoice automatically. And on Validation of Customer Invoice Analytic Distribution will be pass to Journal Entry of Customer Invoice automatically as well.

After Validation of Customer Invoice System will generate Analytic Entries as per the Distribution Rate set on Analytic Distribution Plan.

...but it seems to me that there is a bug In the first example, the real PO quantity is 2, but when showing the distribution, you have it as if total quantity is 6. In the second example, the SO quantity is 2, but the distribution shows 4. That could be confusing, if the person is trying to reconcile quantities from the distribution. Either to show "1/3" and "1/2" respectively, or not showing quantities at all. Because it makes no sense.
