Certificates and Licenses with Expiry Management in Odoo
This app will allow you to manage certificate and licences of your customer/vendors/contacts as well Employees/Users. Using this single you will be able to manage your certificate and license documents into Odoo. It also allow you to manage expiry dates and notification for reminder for expiry soon and expired documents.
Main Features:
- Allow you to manage licenses and expiry notification for license. You can manage license of your employees, customers/vendors/contacts, Users.
- Allow you to manage Certificates and expiry notification for license. You can manage Certificates of your employees, customers/vendors/contacts, Users.
- Cron job will run daily to send notification for remind you to expiry soon and expire status certificated and licenses.
- You are allow you to attach document for Certificates and Licenses form.
- Your employee can view own Certificates and Licenses in backend login.
- Your customers/vendors/Users/Contacts can view own Certificates and Licenses in frontend my account portal.So portal access for your customers/vendors/partners
- Workflow on Certificates and Licenses form.

- Certificates and Licenses Manager group created in system which allow you to assign Certificates and Licenses team to have full access.
