HOW DO I USE?

1

Clicking the button Flag as Fraudulent on the partner form view.

This will create a new blacklist rule associated to the partner, that will match only the selected customer. It may be opened by clicking the button Flagged as Fraudulent, located in place of the previous button.

2

Create a blacklist rule manually

You may create new rules that will filter customers depending on their fields. For instance, you may flag customers by their email.

To do so, Go to Sales -> Configuration -> Blacklists and create a new record.

3

Define action type

On the rule, you may select what action you would like to be taken once a customer is flagged, either Warning or Cancel
