Portal Distributor Sale

This module add an new group to use portal with only sale orders in backend.

  1. This module activate the option to manager discounts in sales.
  2. TODO ahora que confirmamos pedido con SUDO deberíamos ver si hay permisos que podamos sacar a portal distributor
