POS Product Restriction

This module restrict product categories and related products for Point of Sale. It is necessary for point of sale managers to display only those products categories and related products for which they permits according to various department.

It is very beneficial product for those people who manage a single Point of Sale for various departments like Food, Beverages, Mocktails, Hukkah etc.

Key Features

    Restrict products categories.
    Restrict relevant products according to product categories and user can only restrict products without choose categories.
    Easy to configure.
    Different restriction as per Point of Sale users.
    No conflictions.

Configuration

Menu Sequence:
Point of Sale -> Configuration -> Point of Sale

By clicking on 'Available Product Categories' system will give 2 options.

1) POS Categories :- Whatever categories defined here will be only shown on Point of Sale screen for respected user. Rest of product categories will not accessible by him / her on Point Of Sale screen.

2) Products Restriction :- From defined Point of Sale product categories system will allows us to choose related products.

Whatever products defined here will not be shown on a Point of Sale screen for respected user. Rest of products coming under relevant product categories will be visible to him / her.

Point of Sale View

On Point of Sale screen users can see only defined product categories & relevant products. For ex Chairs, Desks.

Restricted products are not visible a point of sale screens. For ex 'Conference Chairs (Steels)'.

Warning Message

When Point of Sale is opened by user then system will not allow to delete products categories & relevant products already configured as earlier.

users have to close their current Point of Sale sessions when they want to change any configuration.
