Print Formats Picking Valued

Este módulo añade las columnas de precio unitario y subtotal a las líneas de albarán así como los totales correspondientes al subtotal, impuestos y total. También oculta las columnas de "Descuento" cuando no existan descuentos y de "Cantidad" en el caso de que en todas las líneas la cantidad sea 1.
