For Repair Industry and Repair Departments

This app for all repair industrise and business with Repair Department inside to handle repair requests from customer.

Main Features:

  • Your Customer can send product repair request from your website and also attach documents of repair images and files.
  • Generation of unique product repair request on submission and record it as product repair request in backend.
  • Customer can check status of all product repair request tickets submitted by him/her on My Account page.
  • Diagnosys of product repair requests and create quotation and send to your customer.
  • Create Job Order / Work Order and assigned to Responsible or Technician.
  • Configure Product Repair teams, Services, Service types.
  • Configure Repair Product and Product Parts.
  • Product More images.
  • Print PDF - Product Repair Request.
  • Product Request User / Technician can communitcate with customer using chatter and fill timesheet.
  • Repair Request Manager can close ticket and send bill to customer (Billing from Quotation created from Diagnosys).
  • Customer can give feedback and rating of Product Request.
  • Manage your Product Repair Request tickets using assignment to multiple Product Request teams.
