Project Member Planning
Great overview for a weekly member planning within projects
As a requester, you can plan your project and the needed members.
As a manager, you can give your requester the needed members for their project.
As an employee, you can easily see, when you are allocated to a project

Introduction
Are you interested in the Project Member Planning App? Do you search an easy member planning with a top overview? Then we have the answer for you. Project Member Planning “PMP”
Before you start with the installation please read the following notes:
If you want to install the Project Member Planning App, you need the following modules:
Step 1: Please make sure the following modules are installed.
- base
- project
- hr
- resource
- hr_holidays
- hr_timesheet
Step 2: Go to Apps and install it
Step 3: As soon you have configured the access rights within Settings, the app will be visible on your screen.
Got to Settings -> Users & Companies -> Users -> select an user and click 'edit'
Under 'Application Accesses' you have to choose the 'Project Member Planning' and select the wanted access right you want to give to user. The following access rights are existing:
- 'Manager', allocate the requests
- 'Requester', create a request
- 'Employee', see the allocated plannings
Step 4: It is absolutely important to refresh Odoo page.
Now you can enjoy the PMP app.
If an employee is released for planning purposes, the field “Can be planned” needs to set true.
Each employee will be informed as soon a planning change has been made on his profile. Notification can be turned off by unclick the field “Notify PMP”
