Quadratus Export ASCII

This module allow to export account move lines in an ASCII format accepted by Quadratus application. Note: The partner internal reference is used instead of account code for receivable/payable accounts

Usage :

  • Go to to Accounting > Report > Quadra > Export ASCII
  • Fill start and end date
  • Click on "Generate" button
  • A warning is displayed to alert if there is missing "Internal Reference" on partner associated to "Receivable"/"Payable" accounts
  • Download your ASCII file and import it on Quadra

Configuration :

In Accounting/Configuration/Settings you have an option "Quadra Export Group Lines", this allow to group the move lines by account/ journal entry / partner during the export.

In Contacts form view, 2 fields added:

  • "Customer Ref Quadra"
  • "Supplier Ref Quadra"

In order to use a different ref for partner which are customer and supplier, when an account line is exported, we use:

  • The "Customer Ref Quadra" of the partner if defined and account type is "Receivable"
  • The "Supplier Ref Quadra" of the partner if defined and account type is "Payable"
  • The "Reference" field (also used by the FEC) if defined and the account type is "Payable" or "Receivable"
  • Otherwise, we use the account code


Ce module permet d'exporter les lignes de mouvements de comptes dans un format ASCII accepté par l'application Quadratus. Remarque : La référence interne du partenaire est utilisée à la place du code de compte pour les comptes clients/payeurs.


Utilisation :

  • Accédez à Comptabilité > Rapport > Quadra > Exporter ASCII
  • Remplissez la date de début et de fin
  • Cliquez sur le bouton "Générer"
  • Un avertissement s'affiche pour alerter s'il manque une « Référence interne » sur le partenaire associé aux comptes « à recevoir »/« à payer »
  • Téléchargez votre fichier ASCII et importez-le sur Quadra


Configuration :

Dans Comptabilité/Configuration/Paramètres vous disposez d'une option "Quadra Export Group Lines", celle-ci permet de regrouper les lignes de déménagement par compte/écriture/partenaire lors de l'export.

Dans la vue Formulaire Contacts, 2 champs ajoutés :

  • "Réf client Quadra"
  • "Fournisseur Réf Quadra"

Afin d'utiliser une référence différente pour les partenaires qui sont client et fournisseur, lorsqu'une ligne de compte est exportée, nous utilisons :

Le « Customer Ref Quadra » du partenaire si défini et le type de compte est « Recevable »
Le « Fournisseur Ref Quadra » du partenaire si défini et le type de compte est « Payable »
Le champ "Référence" (également utilisé par le FEC) si défini et le type de compte est "à payer" ou "à recevoir"
Sinon, nous utilisons le code du compte

How to configurate

Go to to Accounting > Report > Quadra > Export ASCII

Fill start and end date and click on generate button

Allow to enter the quantity to be reserved when clicking

Download your ASCII file and import it on Quadra

You can send an email to the address: support@auneor-conseil.fr specifying the name of the module in the subject of the email or contact us by phone. You will also need to attach a copy of the purchase invoice for the Odoo apps module.

  • Is the support included in the module ?

    • No, only malfunctions are taken into account in the support, otherwise you must have an Auneor Conseil support contract.
