Odoo Target Based Sales Commission
Easily Manage Complex Commission or Incentive Plans to based on Goals and Targets assign to a team or a sales man.
Globalteckz Sales Commission/Incentive Management module based on Targets allows businesses to design, track and pay sales commission plans,
based on the targets or goals you set for each sales person. You can set the commission based on amount as well as on percentage
basis. This Odoo app helps you and your sales team to be in line with the targets they are achieving and the commission they are
The first steps needs to be done is creating the users â if the users are already created then you can skip this step
Once the users are created we will now assign these user to specific sales team
For creating new sales commission model for your team you can go into Sales > Sales Commission Target > and click on Create
After clicking on the create button a form will open up where you can create the new target group
After adding the commission target you can assign the sales person to this particular group so based on the sales the commission will be calulcated
Sales commission calculations based on Amount method
Here in every employee the administrator can see the complete information of the sales done by the salesman and the commission calculated based on the method selected
Sometimes the targets and commissions are linked to a particular team â for example salesman complete some targets sales manager is also entitled for the commission for the achievement of their team
Here the sales manager commission and his team commission is also added this is optional incase you want to reward the sales manager for his/her team sales
