Process
Configurtion.
- ☑ Based on Untaxed / Total configuration.
- ☑ Setup Approval Configuration.
- ☑ Approval Configuration: Setup approval levels based on minimum amount and users level.
Submit for Approval.
- ☑ Salesperson Submit Quotation for approval.
- ☑ Auto fetch Approval Level based on configured approvals setup and minimum limit.
- ☑ Auto set next level approvers in Approval Info tab.
- ☑ Notification: Get notification to approvers for submit for approval and approve quotation(Ex. Notification to User1).
Menus: My Approval and Waiting Approval.
- ☑ My Approval: Only access those quotation which is assign to him.
- ☑ Waiting Approval: Salesperson can access own quotation which is in Waiting for Approval and Approved stage.
Request for Second approval.
- ☑ Confirm order (Ex. User1 confirm quotation).
- ☑ Notification: Get notification to salesperson for confirmed quotation(Ex. Notification to Salesperson).
Reject Order.
- ☑ Rejection: Any approver user can reject quotation and mentioned the reason why order rejected.
- ☑ Capture the details of reject quotation: Date, Rejected By and Reason.
- ☑ Capture information about who has rejected quotation on approval process.
- ☑ Notification: Get notification to salesperson for rejected order.
