FEATURES
Allows you to maintain returns data separately for RMA products
Helps analyze all returns that come back due to product defects
Helps keep your regular returns based on customer preferences separately
DESCRIPTION
We developed this module for accepting returns of poor quality under the RMA category, so that you do not let your regular returns be mixed up with product quality category returns. Having the returns category separate helps you understand how to deal with customers and vendors separately.
HOW IT WORKS
Install the module and you will see Sales RMA Returns under the Sales menu
All RMA returns reports will be found under the Sales RMA Return Lines
