Quotation Pro is a dynamic application designed to enhance the quoting process within Odoo.

By empowering administrators with comprehensive pricing control and facilitating
transparent communication between admins and customers, this app revolutionizes
the way quotations are managed. From flexible pricing options to streamlined negotiation
capabilities, Quotation Pro enhances efficiency and customer satisfaction
Administrator Customization: Admins can hide pricing, add-to-cart buttons, and quantity
boxes on products individually or in bulk.
Offer Quotation Submission: Customers can click the Offer Quotation button to submit
their desired price or competitor quotes, along with links if applicable.
Admin Review and Approval: Admins receive a notification email and can review customer
submissions in the backend.
Admins enter their price and set an expiry date before approving the quotation.
Customer Notification: Upon approval, customers receive an email notification with the
approved price.
Purchase with Approved Price: Customers can then add the product to their cart with the
approved price and proceed to checkout.

Detailed Features and Steps:
Detailed Features and Steps:- Navigate to Website -> eCommerce -> Products -> Select Product -> Sales tab.
- Select the options, which you want to show or hide on the product page. Save the settings.
- The customers will now have a "Price Quotation" button on the front end through which they can fill out the form and submit their quote.
- Once submitted, the admin will receive a mail about the details of the quote.
- Admin can visit the backend. Navigate to Website -> eCommerce -> Price Quotation.
- Admin can see the details filled by the customer. Admin needs to enter his offer price and quotation expiry date.
- Once the admin approves the quotation after filling in the details, the customer will receive an email.
- Upon going into the My Account section, the customer can open My Quotations. He can see that his quote has been accepted and can the price on which the admin has accepted the quote. The add to Cart button becomes available.
- Upon pressing add to cart, the product will the specified quantity will get added to the cart with the specific price and quantity that the admin quoted.
- If a customer tries to increase/decrease quantity, the app won't allow that.
- If a customer tries to redeem the quotation after the expiry date, the app won't allow that.
- The customer will be notified of this action via email.
- Admin can also apply this feature to specific selected products and can apply this feature to all the products in the shop via a bulk action. To apply via bulk, Navigate to Odoo Settings.
