The customer can check status of tickets submitted by him/her on the account page.

Any user from system can be a support user using support group
Create Tickets From Website
Create ticket from website on customer login and will added to helpdesk
Ticket On Customer Account
Customer can access all the tickets and number of tickets generated
List Of All Tickets
List of all ticket created by customer list as a table
Send Message and Attachment by Customer
Customer can send message using chatter and able to add additional attachments
Customer can give feedback based on ticket
Ticket which created from website will be added under Helpdesk menu.
Updated User Prepaid Hours
Prepaid Hours can be added by making sale order product "Prepaid Hours"
Purchased Hours added in user profile
Task and Timesheet
Support manager has to create task based on ticket created. Then assign a person who need to work on that task
Timesheet in Ticket
All the timesheet associated with different tasks in this ticket will appear in timesheet
If in the case of any additional resources or services used for the resolution of this ticket that has to be added this line
Support Manager can print a detailed pdf report
