Requires "product.product" (model) create persmission. RFC please.
This is an awesome module. However we encounter an issue, which leaves the module unusable. Users which don't have the "create" persmission on the "product.product" model, can't add products in the wizard form (behind the Add Products button). This is particular annoying for (Sales) users, with only the group "Sales - User: Own Documents Only" assigned. We didn't expect the Select Products Wizard - to implement a Many2many on "products.products". This required the user to have create persmission on "product.product", to add such Many2many record/object. This is how the Odoo ORM access-check/persmission implementation works. Please could you improve this? For example: Add a new Many2many model e.g. product.select.product, with a Many2one field to "product.product". And maybe extra informational fields from the product (with the related option). So users get create permission on the new "product.select.product" (wizard model). Then the product selection can be done with a Many2one("product.product"), which just works with the read permission.

Hello, The solution is already implemented on v13 for this use case. Which version you are using? For further discussion please send mail on email@example.com or Skype: turkesh4friends
